This is an advanced training in "Transformative Coaching" based on the International Coach Federation ( ICF) core competencies. She is a member of ICF.
She has since been coaching and helping others to seek clarity in their work and business.Coaching for Development is about turning the focus from the issue to the person dealing with the issue. This kind of conversation is rare and significantly more powerful because it direct their attendtion to learn, improve and grow, rather than to just something sorted out.
